Duration: 12 weeks
A commitment to transform your body and make appropriate adjustments to your lifestyle for creating the blanace needed to live the best life with the best body. Nutritional and exercise programs as well as coaching will be the core of the program.
We expect our clients to lose 25-30 lbs. of fat and activate and condition lean muscle tissue.

Fat Burning Blitz
Duration: 6 weeks
Customized Private Training
A customized program combining elements of time, focus, and discipline to target specific goals. This program is ideal for clients who want to invoke change in their bodies and life, but need flexibility. We will work in tandem with the client to design the guidelines needed to materialize desired goals.

RECOVERY
CENTER
The recovery center offers a tranquil escape for mindfulness after a training session. Soft natural light filters through large windows, illuminating cozy spaces designed for relaxation and reflection. Whether through guided meditation, or simply lounging with a warm herbal tea, this center provides a peaceful haven for rejuvenation and self-discovery.

Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a science-based assisted stretching modality that helps unwind and release traumas and adhesions created in the fascia from things like immobility, intense training, repetitive motions, injuries, surgeries, and even emotional traumas. . FST can help us to improve movement and sleep, speed up recovery, prevent injury, and decrease pain, stress, and anxiety, to provide an overall sense of wellbeing.
FST is for everyone. Clients range from young children to the elderly.
Massage Therapy
Massage has been proven to be beneficial to overall health and wellbeing time and time again. Some of the key benefits are: pain relief, stress reduction, increased immunity (by stimulating lymph flow), increased flexibility, relief from depression and anxiety, softening of overused muscles, and migraine relief. We offer several modalities of massage including: deep tissue massage, swedish massage, and sports massage.

Vasconcelos Wellness Retreat
To maximize results, we offer this program as a retreat. It is walking distance from a beautiful beach, where clients are provided with organic simple foods, and have the Vasconcelos Methods implemented in an ideal environment. Clients will experience what is possible and will leave the retreat with an upgraded mindset, a cleaner/small body and an inner wholeness.
