Warrior Cycle

Are You a Warrior?

If you are physically and mentally ready for a challenge, then this fast paced one hour class is for you. The interval/circuit style class will include ab/core work, full body strength training, power cycling on the Real Ryder, and boxing!  You’re guaranteed to get a complete cardiovascular workout while performing real strength training. Intended for those with a high fitness level; this class will simply be one of the most challenging workouts you have experienced.

 

We are running a trial period for two weeks. Single class cost is $30, starting June 4th.

10 packs will be available for $250.

Tribal Cycle Update

We would like to thank all of you who have been along for the “ryde” with us to this point and we hope you enjoy the rest of our journey. The “Tribal Cycle Program” has been a great addition to JD Fitness and we plan to continue the program. That being said, there is an evolution that we all must go through at some point in order to move on to the next level.

 The following is a list of changes we will be making to our class offerings:

  •  We will be starting a new class on Monday’s at 5:45am. This class will simply be one of the most challenging workouts you have experienced. It will combine both upper and lower body cardio training along with real strength training. The format; a combination of spin, boxing, calisthenics, and weight training will vary weekly, but the workout will always be challenging. 

                Note: Over the next few days, check out the programs section of our web site for more details on the class. We may also offer this class at additional times in the near future.

  •  In order to create this new format, we had to reduce our cycle count. We will now have 11 bikes available per class.  Make sure sign up in advance to secure a spot in the class.

 

  •   If you are really up for a challenging workout, ask us about the Trainer’s Challenge workouts.  You must be selected by your trainer and/or instructor to be eligible for these workouts.

 

  •  We are looking to add 2 new small group (semi-private) training sessions, 1 evening and 1 Saturday morning. If you are interested in either, please contact Sam at 973-994-4044 X2.

Overflow Parking

We are continuing to grow thanks to all of your positive feedback…thank you!

Please note we have 16 parking spots in our lot in front of the building. Be mindful to take up only one spot in between the WHITE lines. There is also parking available on both sides of Northfield Road.

Please do NOT park in any of the Burrelle’s parking lots next to our location. They have rescinded their offer.

Winter 2012 Cycle Challenge! Sign-Ups Are Now Open!

Winter 2012 Cycle Challenge! Earn up to $1000! Gain points by cycling, weight-loss, referring friends! 1500 Points to win!

DATE –  Starts 1/23/2012 – till 1500 points!

RULES

  • 60 minute cycle class = 60 points
  • 45 minute cycle class = 45 points
  • ONE cycle class per day ONLY will be counted towards totals
  • FIVE cycle classes per week ONLY will be counted towards totals
  • Each pound you lose per week = 30 points. MAXIMUM of 2 pounds per week will be counted totaling maximum of 60 points. EVERY pound gained for the week = MINUS -30 points with NO maximum. Weekly weigh in with Anthony Jones, no weigh in = minus -30 points (see available times below)
  • Refer a friend to cycle and receive 30 points per person, if they join the challenge you get an additional 60 points!
  • First contestant to 1500 points wins! Contest will continue until second place contestant reaches 1500 points, etc...

New 20/20/20 Class

New 20/20/20 Class - Hour long fusion class combining RealRyder, circuit style work, Pilates & Yoga

Beginning this Wednesday at 7pm, Tribal Cycle will offer a new class 20/20/20 with group fitness instructor/trainer Lee Hammond. 

This fast paced class gives you everything you need in an hour! 20 minutes of power cycling on the RealRyder, 20 minutes of circuit style work including plyometrics and/or weight training, and then 20 minutes of core and stretch incorporating Pilates and Yoga. Please come try our new class.
