Welcome to JD Fitness! (step 1 of 2)

We offer our clients personal attention and unique classes & programs. We now have group fitness classes to enhance/improve your journey to your better you. Our RealRyder cycling classes are a unique and amazing way to maximize your cardio-session. Unlike traditional indoor cycling these bikes allow you to mimic authentic outdoor riding that provides you with constant core work while burning more calories than the traditional class bikes.

Proper setup & knowledge leads to a better & more effective workout for YOU! To get started participate in our 20 minute Free* orientation to ensure proper bike setup & proper technique. This is our preferred way of getting to know you one-on-one & to ensure you get the most out of your workout.

* Orientation is free as long as you follow up by coming to at least one class afterwards

Guest or Out of Town Client?

While we prefer the 20 minute orientation, if you are joining a friend or are an out of town client that doesn't need a separate personalized orientation we offer an Express-To-Class orientation.
